We've had a very busy, fun, and somewhat hot week! On the 4Th we went to the Annual Parade in Ontario. Nate loved it! This year he really was excited about the horses, cars, buses, and BANDS. He was in awe whenever a drum passed us. We left the parade a little early to go home and start setting up the house for our little 4Th of July get together. It was such a perfect day for swimming and food!
On the 9Th we went to The Aquarium of the Pacific. Nate loved seeing the fishies...and even said the word. Nate touched Sea Urchin and Star fish. And I touched a Stingray....slimy! Jerry likes to say that the Stingray touched me because I pulled back so fast. YUCKY!!!! We had a great time and can't wait to go back!
On the 10Th, Bianca Belle's 5Th Birthday, we went to Rainforest Cafe for dinner. Nate was in heaven! We saw more fish (Aunt Bec got a good picture of Nate saying, "fishies") and the fake animals....apes, butterflies, and elephants. Nathan liked seeing the animals move and make noises. He also liked to see the stars on the ceiling, the waterfalls, and the rainbows. I can't wait to take him to the zoo, he'll really love it there!
